  • Delivery timelines may vary due to:
    • Project complexity
    • Stock availability
    • External factors (logistics, weather, etc.)
d. Shipping Charges
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on:
    • Order size and weight
    • Delivery location
  • Final shipping cost will be included in the quotation or invoice
e. Delivery Conditions
  • Customers must ensure the site is accessible for delivery
  • Someone must be available to receive and inspect the goods
  • Any special delivery requirements must be communicated in advance

2. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details (if applicable) will be provided once the order is dispatched
  • For custom logistics, our team will coordinate delivery updates directly

3. Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
